February 14, 2006
Present: Nancy Campbell, Charles Champagne, Judy Knapp, Rich Scheinblum – Chairman, Tracey McTague, Ken Woods and Michael Walker – Selectmen’s Representative
Meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Rich Scheinblum. Rich reported that the Selectmen were not going forward with the warrant article for the $1 million bond for conservation land acquisition. There were too many unanswered questions from the public hearing and the $1 million had to show up as both an expense and revenue item in the budget.
Rich explained that the 10 wheel Highway truck was in the budget at $167,000, both as an expense and as revenue. $43,000 would come from the Capital Reserve for debt expenses.
Rich handed out the budget package that he had prepared for the public hearing at 7:30 pm. The package was accepted by the committee. The minutes of the February 7, 2006 meeting were accepted as written.
The meeting adjourned at 7:25 pm.
