MINUTES
Thursday October 16, 2008
The Planning Board met for its regular meeting on Thursday October 16, at 7:00 pm. Present: Acting Chairman Peter Imhoff, Bill Goodwin, Suzan Macy, Neil Sandford, , Selectman’s Representative Sterling Abram and Planning Board Secretary Candice Reed. Not present was Bruce Simpson, Scott Swanson.
Public Hearing for Thomas and Anne Blodgett Lot Line Adjustment/Minor Subdivision
At 7:15 Peter opened the Public Hearing for Thomas and Ann Blodgett on a lot line adjustment and a minor subdivision application for property owned by the Blodgett Family Trust located on Stonlea Lane and identified as Map 6, Lot 59. Due to the plans not being completed and the Blodgetts not being present at the meeting the Board agreed to continue the Public Hearing until Thursday November 6.
John Newcombe -~Lot Line Adjustment - Stone Pond
The Board informally reviewed a Lot Line application from John Newcombe for property located on Stone Pond. After reviewing the plans the Board asked that some additional items be placed on the map and agreed to schedule a meeting with Mr. Newcombe for this Lot Line Adjustment on Thursday November 6.
At 7:30 Bill moved that the meeting be adjourned. Seconded by Neil. Approved by unanimous vote.
Meeting adjourned.
