November 19, 2009
The Planning Board met for its regular meeting on Thursday, November 19 at 7:00 p.m. in the town hall. Present: Chairman Bruce Simpson, David Whitney, Scott Swanson, Neil Sandford, Suzan Macy, Bill Goodwin and Selectmen’s Representative Charlie Champagne.
Minutes of October 15
The minutes of October 15 were reviewed. Scott moved they be approved, seconded by Neil; Approved.
David & Marsha Whitney Minor Subdivision Hearing, Map 3, Lots 38 & 3A
Dave and Marsha were present for the review of their lot line adjustment with neighbor Brian Koestner. Dave recused himself from the board during consideration of the application. The board reviewed the subdivision checklist, and upon request, voted to waive the requirement that building setbacks be shown on the plan, as no additional buildings are planned for the property.
Neil moved to accept the application as complete, seconded by Susan; Approved. Scott moved to approve the application, seconded by Susan; Approved.
Workforce Housing Discussion
Bruce had prepared a suggested ordinance for workforce housing to be included on the ballot in March. The board discussed the ordinance and suggested some revisions. Bruce will make the revisions and bring the ordinance back to the board for further review prior to the scheduling of a public hearing.,

Scott moved the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Neil; Approved.
