TOWN OF DUBLIN
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Dublin Zoning Board of Adjustment will reconvene to discuss a Motion for Rehearing request by National Grid Communications, Inc. (“Gridcom”) and Nextel Communications of the Mid-Atlantic, Inc. (“Nextel”) on Wednesday, October 10, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the Dublin Town Hall. They applied and were denied a Special Exception from the Table of Uses, C13, to erect a Cell Tower on the property of Judson and Sally Hale, 47 Valley Road, Map 4, Lot 57.
