"The sole purpose and effect of the Capital Improvements Program shall be to aid the...Selectmen and Budget Committee in their consideration of the annual budget" (NH RSA 674:5)  It has been active since 2006 assessing future needs and reviewing, revising and updating documents showing cost projections in order to make recommendations to the Select Board and Budget Committee for the town meeting vote on what to contribute to the various Capital Reserve Accounts.

Guidance is taken from the town's Master Plan, policies and precedents set by the town's voting history in order to properly prepare for Dublin's future through prudent funding of capital reserve accounts.
