Conservation Commission Meetings 2024

Dublin’s Conservation Committee holds regularly scheduled meetings on the third Wednesday of the month, at the Dublin Town Hall, at 5:00PM, unless otherwise noted.  These meetings are always open to the public for observation and all are welcome to attend.  It there is nothing on the agenda the chair may cancel one of the monthly meetings.  If you have something you would like the Conservation Committee to consider please contact us at… DublinNHConComm@gmail.com.

Please find a list of meeting dates on the left.

The Dublin Conservation Commission’s mission is to preserve Dublin’s most important natural resources, especially its watersheds, aquifers, scenic vistas and forest and woodland environments.  It does this by educating residents about the environment and the importance of protecting their water resources and by monitoring development activities for their effects on the environment.  The Commission also encourages landowners to conserve the lands of Dublin, both by their own management and by arranging for the permanent set-aside of lands through conservation easements or outright sales or gifts.

The Commission also works to improve the environment where possible, for example by developing programs to control or eradicate non-native invasive plants and by appropriately monitoring and managing the conservation lands already owned or being conserved by Dublin. The Dublin Lake Preservation Committee had become a sub committee of the ConCom.
