Library Trustees

Better Together is our sole focus.  Said simply, we want to make sure citizens get the most out of the library anytime, anyplace. Three engagement options come to mind

1. stop by and let us know how we can best connect you to books, virtual content, programs, and more. Below you will find more ways to engage directly with us.
2. consider ways you can become a part of the Trustees team as an alternate or trustee.  We are looking for people with skills aligned with committees below.

Operationally, we are working with the Select Board, Town Administrator, DubHub, Friends of the Library, and Dublin Consolidated School to see how together we can best serve our common taxpayers of all ages.

Monthly Meeting- Held every second Wednesday at 5PM in the Program Room in the basement of the library.  All residents are welcome to attend. Please join us either in-person or via Zoom https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83538372254

Finance and Budget Committee- This group is run by Lead Trustee Kathy Nichols and Maureen Hulslander.  Their focus is on financial management and budget development.  They will be deciding their meeting schedule and it will be posted shortly. 

Goals and Objectives Subcommittee- This group is run by Chris Sprague Lead Trustee and Bess Haire.  Our focus is on "run well".  Said simply, it's about delivering the best services at the best cost.   We meet on the third Friday of every month at 10AM in the Library Program Room.  

Personnel Committee Meetings- This group is run by Linda Abram Lead Trustee and Julie Rizzo.  They meet on the 1st Wednesday of every month at 10am in the Library Multipurpose Room.

Buildings and Grounds Committee- Trustee Lawrence Graves heads up this committee.  Our primary focus is to provide the best experience to citizens in a building erected in 1901.  Any questions or insights, please come into the library and speak with Volkert Volkersz.
