Zoning Board of Adjustment

The Zoning Ordinance regulates the use of property in the Town of Dublin – what it can be used for, and what restrictions must be followed. The Zoning Ordinance is part of the Town of Dublin Zoning Regulations.

The Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) is responsible for hearing appeals about land use decisions made by town boards and appeals of town administrative actions.

The ZBA meets the 4th Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM if there is an application pending. Please contact the Chairperson, John Morris, at 603-563-7042 several days before the meeting to be placed on the agenda. Monthly meetings may not occur if there are no agenda items.
