Meeting Minutes

October 2, 2023

In attendance were Brian Barden, Hank Campbell and Kiki Sangermano.

Hank filled us in on the Kelly-Loke monument. Hank said it was within all measurements and he was calling to approve it.

Kiki explained about her meeting with the selectmen. They want a warrant article to Town Meeting for the funds to remove the 4 trees. Kiki had sent pictures of the trees and Hank had already given them quotes from Wilcox and McClure.  She told the selectmen that Jon Trautwein had seen a 5th tree he thought should come down. Jon was going to have Robblee quote on the trees but we don’t have that quote. The Selectmen would like us to get a quote from Potter Tree Service since they live in Dublin.  Hank will call them and ask them or McClure to look at that 5th tree also.

Chris Raymond stated he had asked Kiki each year if there were trees that should come down and she said no but now there are 4 trees that need to come down. He would like to know if there are other trees that will need to be taken down in the near future.  Hank will look into a list of damaged or weak trees that should be on a list.
