CEMETERY TRUSTEES

Meeting Minutes

April 7, 2021

The meeting was held at the cemetery on April 5 that 9 a.m. In attendance were Loring Catlin, Brain Barden, Hank Campbell and Kiki Sangermano.

I gave everyone a list of meeting dates for the year.  It is noted that if there is no business, there will be no meeting. Any changes of date, time or cancellation of the meeting will be noted on the Cemetery Trustees page on the Town Web Site.  This list is posted at the Post Office and at the Town Hall.

Hank has found two stones that have fallen over. Brody Kaufhold will fix them as soon as he has a chance.

I showed everyone the e-mail from Alexandra Scalfano from Dublin School offering community service work by the students.  It was agreed that there is no work currently for volunteers. We will happily keep them in mind.

Hank will be in touch with prospective tree maintenance companies.

There was discussion about lots that may not have “perpetual care”.  All lots sold now have perpetual care.

Hank had a drawing from Peterborough Marble and Granite showing the Moody monuments color and size. Loring moved that we accept the monument. Brian seconded the motion.  Unanimous decision.

Hank talked about the number of possible burials this year.

The annual maintenance on the new mower has been completed.
