September 20th Snow Hill Site Review Minutes
September 20, 2022
Application for driveway permit on Snow Hill Road.
Planning Board met at 9AM at the property owned by Wendy White for a driveway site review.
Present Vice Chairman, Steven Baldwin, Kirsten Colantino, Donna Garner, Selectman’s representative Susan Peters,
Alternate’s Neil Sandford and Katy Wardlaw.
Also in attendance Roger Tempe Dublin Road Agent & neighbor Hank Campbell.
Neighbors David & Susan Petty were also present for the site visit. They are listed as abutters to the property.
Roger offered his opinion that the site for the driveway would pose no problems and was a good access point regarding drainage and maintenance to Snow Hill Road.
The Board agreed to meet again as a board for further discussion.
Meeting was adjourned at 10:15.
